As an Assistant Store Manager, you adopt a benevolent management based on trust to accompany your team in the daily tasks of the store and develop their skills to achieve a common objective: customer satisfaction.

What will be your role?

As an Assistant Store Manager, you are the guarantor in tandem with the store manager of the good functioning of your point of sale. A true leader, you are an on-the-ground deputy, capable of:

• Defining individual and collective objectives
• Optimizing the human organization of the store by implementing fair and coherent planning with commercial peaks
• Accompanying, training, and challenging your team daily
• Ensuring the commercial performance of the store while guaranteeing an exemplary and loyal customer experience
• Reworking the merchandising plan of one or more ranges
• Developing local prospecting and school partnerships
• Leading cross-functional projects in connection with the network and/or head office

To succeed in this position?

Integration and training:

Your manager will integrate you into the store, and train you in our sales techniques, processes, products, colorimetry, our loyalty systems, and all our management processes (cash register, deliveries, stocks, etc.). You will also have unlimited access to our e-learning platform.
