As an Assembler, you are a crucial part of the Allegion team, responsible for assembling parts to produce our products that help create peace of mind by pioneering safety and security. If you enjoy working in a fast‑paced and dynamic team environment, this is the role for you. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, however don’t let this deter you from applying as we will support you in your training and development!

• We are hiring for FIRST SHIFT.
• Starting Pay $16.94

• Gather and prepare parts and tools.
• Assemble components following instructions.
• Resolve assembly problems and notify frontline leader/supervisor for additional resources.

• Manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle complex issues and problems.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass all required drug screen and background checks.
• Team player attitude.
• Manual dexterity.
