We are seeking a results‑oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our production team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and reality, optimizing our manufacturing processes to ensure peak efficiency, safety, and quality.
The ideal candidate is a problem‑solver who enjoys being "hands‑on" with technology while maintaining a high‑level strategic view of production workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Process Optimization:
Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma). - New Product Integration:
Collaborate with Design Engineering to ensure "Design for Manufacturability" (DFM) and transition new products from prototype to full‑scale production. - Equipment Management:
Specify, install, and maintain production machinery. - Quality Control:
Troubleshoot production issues and implement root‑cause corrective actions to minimize scrap and rework. - Technical Documentation:
Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and tooling requirements. - Work in a smoke‑free environment.

Education:
A minimum of 5 years of combined experience in a manufacturing environment and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or a related technical field). - Technical Proficiency:
Understanding of CAD/CAM software and manufacturing ERP systems. - Analytical
Skills:
Proven ability to analyze complex data sets to drive process improvements. - Communication:
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both shop‑floor operators and executive leadership.
- Laser Programming:
Direct experience programming and operating industrial lasers (CO2, Fiber, or YAG) for cutting, welding, or marking. - Automation:
Knowledge of PLC programming or robotic integration.

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
