Shift: 6:30 a.m.
- 5:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday (some Fridays required)
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join their manufacturing team. In this role, you'll support daily production operations, contribute to high-quality product output, and help ensure manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, dependable, and proactive in identifying and resolving routine production issues.
What You'll Do- Perform semi‑complex assembly and manufacturing tasks with a strong focus on quality and efficiency
- Apply documented procedures, work instructions, and past practices with minimal supervision
- Identify and resolve routine manufacturing issues as they arise
- Support continuous production flow by assisting with troubleshooting and process improvements
- Utilize advanced technical skills such as soldering, testing, and rework
- Work collaboratively with team members while adhering to all safety and quality standards
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing or assembly experience
- Specialized technical training or certifications (preferred/required depending on role scope)
- Basic knowledge of a specialized manufacturing area
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- Hands‑on role in a dynamic manufacturing environment
