Assembly Technician

Shift: 6:30 a.m.

- 5:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday (some Fridays required)

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join their manufacturing team. In this role, you'll support daily production operations, contribute to high-quality product output, and help ensure manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, dependable, and proactive in identifying and resolving routine production issues.

• Perform semi‑complex assembly and manufacturing tasks with a strong focus on quality and efficiency
• Apply documented procedures, work instructions, and past practices with minimal supervision
• Identify and resolve routine manufacturing issues as they arise
• Support continuous production flow by assisting with troubleshooting and process improvements
• Utilize advanced technical skills such as soldering, testing, and rework
• Work collaboratively with team members while adhering to all safety and quality standards

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing or assembly experience
• Specialized technical training or certifications (preferred/required depending on role scope)
• Basic knowledge of a specialized manufacturing area
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
