Warranty Coordinator

Job Summary

Warranty Coordinator for a global leader in mobility products and services. This role is responsible for prescreen and review of new material requests and processing warranty orders.

This is a contract to permanent job opportunity.

• Project coordination in a manufacturing, construction and/or architectural environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

• SAP experience
• Ability to read, interpret, comprehend and organize technical documentation

Salary: $20 - 22 per hour

Work hours:

8am to 5pm

Education:

High School

• Prescreen and review new material requests and process warranty orders
• Remove barriers that may delay project schedule
• Review quote, order form, surveys and/or booking package for completeness and accuracy of required information
• Create and maintain production schedules that meet customer demands and optimize the use of manufacturing resources

• Experience level:

• Minimum 2 years of experience
