Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Shift: 5 AM - 3 PM, Mon - Fri

Every Product Starts with You. Join us as a Machine Helper in Piney Flats and be the start of something real. You ll assist machine operators, complete inventory control activities, and operate material handling equipment. It s hands-on work with fair pay and room to grow.

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience: in manufacturing required (1 year) + forklift experience.

Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting (up to) 85 lbs, bending, and staying active.

Dependability: You show up, gear up, and get the job done.

• Assist the lamination machine operator during production runs
• Inspect products at various stages to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Handle and move raw materials and finished goods as required
• Support inventory control activities specific to the lamination machine
• Enter production and inventory data into the system accurately
• Operate a forklift to transport materials and supplies
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and report hazards immediately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support production needs and assist with additional tasks as assigned
• Contribute to efficient operations with potential advancement to Lead Machine Operator
