Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator will oversee and coordinate all aspects of scheduling production for a defined business unit, ensuring seamless processes from order confirmation to shipment.

• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
• Schedule and coordinate workflow to ensure timely and efficient production.
• Confirm customer orders and ensure production requirements are met.
• Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure the availability of production materials.
• Track the production and shipment of samples to meet delivery expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-5+ years of production control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in a heavy manufacturing or durable goods environment
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
