Job Summary

The Production Schedule Associate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and communicating daily production schedules for our Production Manager. This role works closely with production, supply chain, and planning teams to ensure manufacturing knows which mattresses to make each day based on customer demand, material availability, and capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and distribute daily production schedules for manufacturing lines
• Communicate production priorities clearly to production leadership and floor teams
• Adjust schedules based on material availability, labor capacity, equipment downtime, or order changes
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Inventory teams to ensure materials are available to support production plans
• Track schedule adherence and production completion
• Support production meetings and daily stand-ups
• Identify potential production constraints and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain accurate records of scheduled vs. actual production

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, production planning, scheduling, or operations support
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with production leadership teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft excel
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, changing
• Familiarity with ERP or production scheduling systems
• Understanding of manufacturing workflows and capacity planning
