Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous Distribution Center/Warehouse experience preferred.
- Previous Returns Processing experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills (AS400/Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Strong communication skills (oral, written – fluent in English), strong interpersonal skills, and strong basic math skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
- High attention to detail and quality and able to flourish in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others positively.
- Able to work in non‑climate‑controller warehouse area.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work overtime and/or weekends if needed.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and push cases up to 8 hrs.
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds
- Receive, inspect, verify, and document information concerning returned product according to documented standards.
- Categorize returns and sort into proper sorting bins for later processing.
- Process returns through applicable computer software (Mojo/RDS).
- Coordinate and communicate return activities with the warehouse management team.
- May be asked to perform other basic warehouse duties as needed.
1st Shift: Hours will be 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime required as needed.
