• At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience

• Basic computer knowledge

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Your Shift on the Floor

• Operate a Gerber cutting machine to process upholstery materials

• Bundle and organize pattern pieces for production flow

• Lift, move, and stage seat upholstery bundles

• Enter and track basic production information using computer systems

• Maintain an organized cutting area and follow work instructions

• Support the production team with general cutting room tasks
