Summertown Metals is looking for a self-motivated individual to work in our Steel Truss department. We are looking for someone who is safety conscience and can drive a forklift. This sis a full time position that comes with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, STD, LTD, life, 401K, vacation and PTO.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Safely commit each truss painted to our quality standards.
- Adhering to company policies and standards.
- Trusses painted that are provided by the shipping department, along with daily quota requirements.
- Completed required forklift training.
- Unloading steel trucks with safety and efficiency.
- Truss racks are to be kept neat and organized.
- Daily inspection made on forklift and required equipment.
- Workforce is accident free.
- Downtime is kept to a minimum.
- Quality meets or exceeds customer expectations.
