Schedule - Monday - Friday with possible Saturday'sHours - 6:40 am until finished

Pay - 22.45/Hr.

Job Description:

Responsible for learning how to maintain sharp tools to perform their job task correctly; making precision cuts to carcass to remove the meat from the blade bone only to achieve desired carcass yield.

Responsible for inspecting carcass and making precision cut to remove quality defects.

Average training time may require 2-3 months.

Requirements:

Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Must be willing and able to work on and around machinery and chemicals.

Must be willing and able to perform the following task for periods of up to 12 hours on concrete floor, some of which may include but is not limited to standing, stooping, walking, climbing, and lifting.

Must be willing and able to work in temperatures less than or equal to 35 degrees. Fahrenheit temperature for minimum of 8 hours.

Must be willing and able to complete cycles in less than 10 seconds.

Must be willing and able to work in a wet environment.

This position does not accept rehires

Must have 6 months of continuous employment in the last 18 MThs of relevant machine operator, warehouse, agricultural or production experience.
