Production Welder

* We are a growing manufacturing company located in Moscow, Tennessee, specializing in the production of high-quality heat transfer components and coil systems for commercial and industrial applications. Our operation relies on well-maintained, high-performing equipment, and we are seeking an experienced maintenance professional who can help drive reliability, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement across the facility.

** Direct Hire*
* **$23-25/hr*
* ** 1st Shift, 6am-3pm Monday-Friday*
* ** OT is usually until 5pm*
* ** Weekends OT as needed*
* What's a typical day as a Welder? You'll be:

+ Performing primary TIG welding and secondary MIG welding on commercial and industrial heat transfer components and coil systems

+ Following established safety protocols and quality standards to ensure high-quality production

+ Collaborating with team members and reporting to the Production Supervisor to support continuous improvement and minimize downtime

+ Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

+ Have experience in TIG welding (required) and MIG welding (preferred)

+ Hold a high school diploma or equivalent

+ Are available for 1st shift hours with flexibility for overtime and occasional weekends

+ Have a strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

+ Are eager to learn, reliable, and work well in a team environment
