You’ll work cross‑functionally with planning, quality, logistics, and engineering teams to continuously improve processes, strengthen performance, and support sustainable growth.

• Champion a zero‑accident safety culture and ensure HSE compliance.
• Organize and allocate resources to meet production targets.
• Execute production plans aligned with demand and inventory goals.
• Ensure on‑time delivery and high‑quality output across assigned lines.
• Analyze production data and drive performance improvements.
• Identify and support equipment and facility enhancement initiatives.
• Resolve critical production, technical, or equipment issues.
• Guide, motivate, and develop production team members.

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of manufacturing experience, or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts.
• Production and material planning experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office; exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Strong communication skills and experience with timekeeping systems.
