Are you a master of multitasking who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a sharp, organized Production Scheduler / Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to be the operational heartbeat of our Sweetwater manufacturing facility.
What You’ll Do:
- Master the
Schedule:
Create, track, and adjust daily production schedules to keep our manufacturing floor running like clockwork. - Drive the Logistics:
Coordinate incoming raw materials and outgoing shipments, work with freight carriers, and handle vital shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists). - Bridge the Communication:
Serve as the ultimate link between production, logistics, and management to ensure on-time delivery. - Track Inventory:
Monitor material levels and assist with inventory counts to ensure we never miss a beat.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience:
2–4 years in production scheduling, logistics coordination, or manufacturing administration. - Education:
High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred). - Tech‑Savvy:
Proficiency with MS Excel and experience with ERP or manufacturing scheduling systems is a huge plus. - Skills:
Incredible time management, top-tier organization, and sharp problem‑solving skills.
Salary: $60,000 - $62,000 per year
Shift: First
Work hours:
9 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities:
The Scheduler / Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for coordinating production schedules and managing shipping and receiving logistics to support efficient manufacturing operations. This role acts as a central point of communication between production, logistics, and management to ensure products are produced, documented, and delivered on time while meeting company quality standards.
