Read and comprehend safety procedures, work instructions and assembly drawings;
Able to communicate test results and/or failure modes effectively to supervisor, design or manufacturing engineer, or quality department;
Continuously train on new equipment or new processes required to test power bushings;
Accurately document and communicate test results and failures
