Pipe Welders – TIG Process – Industrial Site – Charleston, TN

Bilfinger is hiring experienced Pipe Welders for an industrial project at the Solenis plant in Charleston, TN. This TIG welding role involves working in all positions on high-pressure pipe systems and requires blueprint reading and precise fabrication. Ideal for certified welders looking to join a reputable international industrial contractor.

• Minimum 3 years of industrial welding experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of welding apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Ability to pass site-specific TIG weld test
• Proficiency in blueprint and isometric drawing interpretation
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in all weather conditions
• Clean-shaven for PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) and fit for duty
• Pre-employment drug screen required

• Strong TIG welding precision in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
• Familiarity with pipe fitting and material layout for industrial systems
• Experience with torch-cutting, grinding, and weld repair
• Ability to work well under pressure and follow strict safety protocols
