Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field preferred; or 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team management experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with safety programs, quality systems, and production management
• Ability to use ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and production tracking software
• Willingness to work any shift, weekends, and respond to after-hours issues as needed
• Ability to obtain forklift, boom lift, scissor lift, and company vehicle certifications
• Experience in ceramic manufacturing preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, dust, and noise

Job Duties:

• Supervise production associates and oversee daily manufacturing operations
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, and operational goals are achieved
• Lead employee training, performance management, attendance tracking, and disciplinary processes
• Monitor production metrics, inventory accuracy, and MES data reporting
• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards, SOPs, work instructions, and company procedures
• Coordinate shift handoffs and collaborate with other supervisors and departments
• Manage inventory processes, material tracking, and production workflows
• Support workforce development, training plans, and employee recognition initiatives
• Maintain facility housekeeping standards and coordinate maintenance needs
• Provide shift coverage and support special projects as needed
