Location: Camden, TN
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive Pay Based on Experience

Marathon Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Laser Operator to join a leading manufacturing facility in Camden, TN. The ideal candidate will have experience operating laser cutting equipment in a production environment and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.

• Set up and operate laser cutting machines to produce parts according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work orders, and production schedules
• Load and unload raw materials using forklifts or other material handling equipment
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and compliance with quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
• Assist other departments and cross-train as needed

• Previous experience operating laser cutting equipment preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Forklift experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
