Stagiaire Ouvrier - 2 mois
This internship is integrated within one of our Autonomous Production Units (UAP), where you will work closely with operators and support services. The goal is to participate in the manufacturing of our products while discovering the industrial environment within a dynamic team. This internship is planned to start in June 2026 for a duration of 2 months. The position requires a minimum commitment of 5 days per week.
Join us in Champ-sur-Drac (38), near Grenoble! Note that access to the site is greatly facilitated by the use of a personal vehicle (B permit and car strongly recommended).
Responsibilities include:
- Respect the production operating procedures in force and ensure the achievement of objectives (safety, quality, service, cost).
- Participate in the progress dynamics of the site by suggesting ideas for improvement (production, quality, flow, maintenance).
- Stock, launch the pace and monitor production to ensure continuous operation.
- Control the manufacturing operations, detect and report any possible anomalies.
- Perform first-level maintenance according to established procedures.
Our factory is organized around 4 Autonomous Production Units (UAP), each operating according to specific work cycles adapted to industrial demand:
1. The UAP MH/Mixing
This is where it all begins: we receive the raw materials and manufacture the adhesive necessary for the entire site.
- Mixing Rhythm:
The workshop operates on a 6x2 schedule (2 mornings, 2 afternoons, 2 nights and 2 days off, excluding Sunday). - MH Rhythm:
Unlike the production teams, your immersion in MH will take place on a daytime schedule, from 08:30 to 16:30.
2. The UAP Couchage 1M (Width 1 meter)
This workshop transforms raw materials into rolls of complex self-adhesive via two machines with distinct cycles:
- Machine G3:
Follows a 6x4 cycle, offering 4 consecutive days off after rotation (2 Morning / 2 Afternoon / 2 Night). - Machine G2:
Operates in a 6x2 cycle, synchronously with the Mixing workshop.
3. The UAP Couchage 2M
Dedicated to large formats, this unit relies on three main machines:
- Machines G1 and G4:
Operate on the classic production rhythm of the factory in 6x2. - Machine G5:
Conversely, it follows a 2x8 rhythm (alternating morning/afternoon), Monday to Friday only.
4. The UAP Finition
The final step in the process where rolls are cut to size according to customer requirements. Like G5, this workshop operates exclusively on weekdays (Monday-Friday) on a 2x8 basis.
QualificationsRequired:
- Preparation of an engineering degree, preferably with a specialization in industry.
- Marked interest in the industrial environment and production.
Skills to succeed:
- Rigor, reliability and punctuality.
