Based in Jarrie (38), we are looking for a:
Realize or repair hot-formed parts in the workshop or on site in respect of quality, safety and deadlines. From plans or existing, shape new parts or transform worn, deformed or broken parts from sheets, profiles, tubes, in the workshop and/or on site.
You will be under the responsibility of the workshop/site/team leader.
Your missions are:
Organization of work:
- Receive the instructions for operations to be carried out
- Read the technical file
- Verify the adequacy of the equipment, materials and tools for the operations to be carried out
- Ensure the cleaning and tidying of the workstation
- Maintain the tools and equipment at his disposal
Quality, health, safety and environment:
- Read and apply the procedures, rules and measures of safety and environmental prevention (wearing PPE, waste sorting, etc.)
- Report information (anomalies, good practices, etc..) and malfunctions or dangerous situations (incidents/accidents)
Operational activities:
- Make parts by measuring, tracing, cutting, forming, assembling, welding sheets, tubes and profiles
- Use machine tools to repair parts or make new ones (shear, press brake, roller, etc.)
Your profile:
Holder of a CAP or a professional Bac in sheet metal work
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industry, on site and in the workshop.
Mastery of reading plans, developed calculation, shaping, assembly and welding (focused on TIG stainless steel). Good interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team.
