Votre Mission

You intervene on the fabrication and assembly of metal parts and assemblies intended for road signage.

• Realize assembly operations by welding according to the process and specifications;
• Choose and decide the most suitable welding technique for the material and the piece (steels, aluminum, etc.);
• Use sheet metal techniques to shape, bend, drill, and adjust parts;
• Manufacture products ranging from single parts to medium series;
• Analyze and exploit technical documentation (plans, instructions, specifications);
• Work in cross-functional relation with Methods and Design Offices to ensure the feasibility and industrialization of parts;
• Apply industrial rules and standards and ensure compliance with quality and safety guidelines;
• Communicate on the progress of your tasks and report on anomalies.

Training: BEP/CAP Sheet Metal, sheet metal welder, or equivalent;

Experience:

minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally on mechano-welded parts or similar equipment;

Technical skills:

• Mastery of the main welding techniques (TIG, MIG/MAG) and ability to choose the most suitable according to the material and thickness;
• Good practices in sheet metal (cutting, bending, assembly, finishing);
• Knowledge of materials (steel, aluminum) and their behavior in welding;
• Reading and interpretation of plans and technical documents;
• Respect for quality and safety standards and procedures.

Behavioral skills:

• Adaptability to different environments and production constraints;
• Diligence and precision in the execution of tasks;
• Good relationship and ability to communicate with Methods and Design Offices;
• Autonomy and sense of decision to choose the most appropriate technique.
