Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for assisting in preventive maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment.

Job Responsibilities

* Various repairs to steel, aluminum, and composite molds for example but not limited to: cleaning, straightening, and occasional welding

* Repair and replace components on the molds such as hooks, cylinders, and vibrators

* Preventive maintenance as part of a team on plant equipment, motors, pumps, gearboxes, etc.

* Repair plant systems such as resin piping, compressed air piping, basic HVAC, etc.

* Identify safety hazards in the work area

* Facility maintenance and housekeeping

* Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

Job Requirements

* Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

* Manufacturing or maintenance experience preferred

* Follow All Safety, Environmental, and appropriate Policies and Guidelines

* Actively Participate in Company's Continuous Improvement Programs

* Ability to read and interpret part numbers and engineering prints and have intermediate math skills

* Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members

* Ability to lift 50lbs throughout the day
