Your Mission
Discover your responsibilities
Conception and dimensioning of flows
Define the flow modes adapted to product families:
Kanban, FIFO, pulled flow, pushed flow, kitting, picking, supermarket.
Define the rules of workshop supply by component: consumption point, minimum/maximum quantities, frequency, replenishment mode and packaging.
Dimension the internal inter-workshop and intra-workshop flows according to production needs, capacity and deadline objectives.
Determine the optimal batch sizes by reference or product family.
Analysis of performance and continuous improvement
Carry out and maintain VSM workshop, identify wastes and pilot the associated improvement plans.
Measure cycle times, calculate lead times and identify the causes of OTP performance losses related to flows.
Define target workshop layouts by integrating flow constraints, capacity, surface, ergonomics, quality and safety.
Logistics and standardization
Define the pack agings, storage locations and associated logistics loops.
Formalize and deploy workshop flow standards.
Contribute to projects for the evolution of the industrial tool: new processes, automations, RAFA, transfers, reimplementations or new equipment.
In this cross-functional role, you work in close interaction with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Methods, Quality and Industrialization teams to pilot projects with a strong operational impact.
This position is a concrete lever of transformation: you will directly contribute to the reduction of stocks, the optimization of workshop areas and the measurable improvement of OTP. Ideal for a profile wishing to combine field expertise and systemic vision.
The ProfileWe count on your strengths
Education You are a graduate of a Bac +5 in industrial engineering, industrial methods, industrial supply chain, industrial logistics or continuous improvement.
Experience You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, acquired in methods, flows, industrial engineering, internal logistics or continuous improvement. Field experience in production with a high product diversity, small/medium series, manual or semi-automated assembly is desirable.
Technical skills
Mastery of Lean tools related to flows: VSM, Kanban, FIFO, pulled flows, reduction of stocks, lead time analysis, layout optimization.
Ability to perform chronos, analyze cycle times, dimension flows and objectively assess the impact on performance.
Good mastery of Excel and data analysis tools.
Knowledge of ERP / SAP / Qlik / Power BI is appreciated.
Savoir-être
