Monday – Friday, 2nd Shift 2:30 pm – 11:30 pm

Position Summary

The Manufacturing Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all production activities during an assigned shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality operations. This role leads production associates, coordinates flow, maintains quality standards, controls costs, and ensures compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational requirements.

What You’ll Do
  • Direct and coordinate production activities across manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor production flow and make necessary adjustments to achieve production goals and efficiency targets.
  • Establish and communicate daily production expectations and performance requirements to shift personnel.
  • Assign personnel to appropriate workstations and processes to maximize productivity and operational effectiveness.
  • Monitor inventory levels throughout all production processes and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Maintain waste levels at or below established standards.
  • Assist with monthly physical inventory counts.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a production environment preferred.
  • Experience with production scheduling, quality systems, inventory control, and employee management.
