Leidos Defense Systems Electronics Manufacturing is seeking a PCBA Soldering Technician—2nd shift.
Primary Responsibilities- Hand soldering of surface mount and through‑hole components on low, medium and high density PCBs.
- Soldering/working under a microscope.
- Rework various electronic packages including resistors, capacitors and through‑hole parts.
- Meet day‑to‑day objectives and impact work output.
- Work independently with limited supervision.
- Collaborate within team environments, interacting with project and production teams.
- High School diploma or GED with less than 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience soldering under a microscope.
- Ability to solder surface mount and through‑hole components.
- Ability to read drawings and follow work instructions.
- U.S. citizen with eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
- Current or prior IPC‑A‑610 certification.
- Current or prior J‑STD‑001 certification.
Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate.
Shift: 2nd shift.
Pay RangePay Range: $50,700.00 – $91,650.00.
