Saw Operator

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and mechanical processing, is seeking a Saw Operator to join their team. As a Saw Operator, you will be part of the production support team supporting large-volume manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a reliable work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Rockford, TN

Pay Range: 25-27.50/hr

Shift: 2nd shift

What's the Job?

• Operate production equipment daily to support mechanical processing and manufacturing activities.
• Perform cutting, sectioning, and shaping operations using wire saws, , OD saws, and related tools.
• Support grinding, polishing, surface finishing, and post-processing of materials according to approved procedures.
• Prepare, load, unload, clean, and maintain equipment and work areas to ensure safe and efficient production flow.
• Document work accurately, track samples, record process parameters, and report deviations promptly.

• Hands-on experience or strong willingness to work in a manufacturing, machine-shop, or technical environment.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and follow detailed procedures.
• Good mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and attention to detail for repetitive tasks.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to clearly document work and communicate issues to supervisors or engineers.
