Als Supervisor Productie ben jij het aanspreekpunt en de leidinggevende van je ploeg tijdens de nachtdienst. Je zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces vlot, veilig en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. Je motiveert je team, bewaakt de efficiëntie en bent alert op verbeterkansen in het productieproces.
Jouw takenpakket- Dagelijkse aansturing van jouw productieteam (15 à 20 medewerkers)
- Toezien op veiligheid, orde en netheid op de werkvloer
- Mee opvolgen van planning, output en productkwaliteit
- Eerste aanspreekpunt bij technische of operationele problemen
- Rapporteren aan de productieverantwoordelijke en samenwerken met techniek, kwaliteit en logistiek
- Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen productie (voeding is een pluspunt)
- Je weet mensen aan te sturen en te motiveren
- Je bent hands‑on, besluitvaardig en stressbestendig
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan overweg met productie‑ en rapporteringssoftware
