This role leads plant safety programs, ensures OSHA and food manufacturing safety compliance, conducts risk assessments, and drives injury prevention. You will manage audits, training, incident investigations, and corrective actions while partnering with operations to embed safe work practices. The Safety Manager champions a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, supporting operational excellence in a fast‑paced poultry processing environment and coaching leaders and frontline employees to meet EHS goals.
