This role leads site safety programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA, USDA, and food manufacturing standards. The Safety Manager conducts risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations; develops and delivers safety training; and partners with production leadership to drive a safety-first culture. You will analyze safety metrics, implement corrective actions, and champion continuous improvement in a fast‑paced poultry processing environment, supporting safe, reliable operations and employee well‑being.
