Location: Fayetteville
Ariens Co in Fayetteville, TN, is seeking motivated 2nd shift Machine Operators. You will work with brake presses, lasers, or automated presses, with a schedule of Mon-Thu 3:00PM-1:30AM and $18/hour plus $1 shift differential.
Responsibilities include safe operation, quality checks with gauges, paperwork, TPM tasks, blueprint interpretation, and supporting the team to hit daily production goals. Must communicate well, read blueprints, stand 8+ hours, lift up to 35 pounds, and wear PPE.
