Pay Rate: $17.05 per hour
Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Thursday

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ months of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Ability to read basic prints, instructions, and process sheets.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems (AS400 experience a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Regular standing, walking, and use of hands for assembly tasks.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Requires close attention to detail and visual focus.

• Assemble components using prints and process sheets to meet product specifications.
• Follow standardized work instructions to produce high-quality parts.
• Work collaboratively within a team or cell-based environment, including cross-training as needed.
• Identify and report quality or assembly issues and support problem resolution.
• Assist in training new team members on assembly processes.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
