Machine Operator

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay: $16.00

• Operate basic productivity equipment. Move materials and/or parts between workstations. Assist other operators by loading or unloading jigs, fixtures, and/or tooling.
• Assemble and/or pack products. Load and unload machines, conveyors, pallets or automatic lines. Must keep accurate counts of production parts.
• Produce to established standards and conduct simple quality inspections.
• Perform all work safely following established safety procedures. Read specified measuring instruments including but not limited to tape measure, micrometer, etc.
• May perform necessary rework and minor repairs. Perform minor set-up adjustments and preventative maintenance as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Works under close supervision.
• A variety of assigned tasks related to assembly, machine operation, and production within a factory environment.
• Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and other production equipment.
• Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping.
• Examine products to verify quality standards.
• Count finished products or work pieces, weigh finished products, or sort materials or products for processing, storing, shipping, or grading.

• Must be 18 or over
