Position: Wine Production Intern (SPRING)
Location: Pigeon Forge

Want to learn about the craftsmanship of winemaking? We are looking for a wine production intern to work in our cellar. During your internship, you will:

  • Engage in various aspects of viticulture and enology including compliance, production, and product development
  • Participate in and monitor the pressing, filtering, and fermentation processes under supervision
  • Assist with checking machinery to ensure that it is running smoothly and reporting any problems
  • Maintain cleanliness of all production areas and equipment
  • Bottle and label products
  • Learn how to blend and test product to ensure that quality control standards and targets for production are met
  • Calculate proof gallons, gains/loses, and other measurements precisely
