ADTRAN is seeking a SMT Repair Operator to perform detailed rework, soldering, and inspection of ADTRAN product assemblies. The role ensures SMT and PTH assemblies meet ADTRAN quality standards through precise workmanship and adherence to engineering documentation.
The candidate will disassemble, rework, and reassemble SMT and through-hole components, use AOI and microscopes for quality checks, and maintain traceability of work orders and serial numbers in PM/FLx systems.
