Manufacturing Specialist

Proclinical is seeking a Production Technician to support manufacturing operations within a pharmaceutical environment.

Primary Responsibilities

This role involves preparing solutions, operating production equipment, and maintaining compliance with GMP standards. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth production processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
  • Experience in a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with GMP and GDP guidelines is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Manufacturing Specialist's responsibilities will be:
  • Prepare media and buffer solutions.
  • Operate Clean‑in‑Place (CIP) and Steam‑in‑Place (SIP) systems.
  • Assemble and operate filtration systems.
  • Use general production equipment such as pH meters, conductivity meters, autoclaves, and portable mixers.
  • Monitor and record critical process parameters.
  • Complete all relevant documentation in compliance with GDP and GMP guidelines.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to maintain GMP standards.
  • Conduct sampling using aseptic techniques.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams.
  • Receive and distribute supplies into production areas as needed.
  • Train and mentor team members.
  • Assist in troubleshooting process issues and responding to alarms.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
