Full Time | Salary Range: $17.19 - $17.77 Hourly

• Load and unload production machines efficiently and safely.
• Read, understand, and follow job instructions and work orders.
• Perform basic computer data entry and job tracking functions.
• Learn and use measuring and inspection equipment, including micrometers, calipers, and other gaging instruments.
• Maintain quality standards and follow established quality procedures.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and guidelines.
• Successfully complete on-site forklift training and operate equipment as authorized.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Communicate production, quality, or safety concerns to supervisors as needed.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

• Ability to stand, squat, bend, and move throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.

• Production equipment and machine operation.
• Use of micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Forklift operation and certification training.
