Machine Operator; Frame Cell Operator

As a Frame Cell Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines and systems to ensure operations run smoothly. If you enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic team environment, this is the role for you. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, but we will support you with training and development. This position is for 1st shift with pay of $18.44 per hour.

• Set up and operate machines safely per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Operate multiple pieces of equipment, including a press brake for notching and forming, OBI press, tappers, resistance welder; operate forklift as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as necessary.
• Verify inspections and ensure completed parts move to the next work cell.
• Organize and maintain machines per preventative maintenance documentation.

• Manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Broad knowledge of machining techniques and familiarity with computer numerical controlled (CNC) machine tool operating procedures (preferred).
• Familiarity with and understanding of program formats involving operations such as profile and contour milling, boring, recessing, turning, drilling, threading, etc.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle complex issues and problems.
• Ability to understand and follow directions; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass all required drug screens and background checks.
• Team player attitude.
