We are seeking qualified candidates who are motivated and willing to challenge themselves. We host a 60,000 sqft facility with 3 and 4-Axis CNC Mills, EDM Wires, manual grinders, CNC precision grinders, CNC lathes, and more. Previous experience is necessary. You will also have the opportunity to learn other machines. No matter your skill level, we commit to precision and quality, and we need you to as well.
This is a night shift position.
Responsibilities- Performing proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories.
- Setting tolerance levels and speeds.
- Translates the requirements of detailed part drawings into measurements for production.
- Perform inspection on manufactured parts.
- Basic math skills (i.e. – Algebra or higher).
- High school Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work up to 10 hours a day (Physical Agility).
- Proficient in CNC or manual machine set-up and operation.
- Excellent blueprint reading skills.
- Strong mechanical knowledge.
- Previous experience with tool steel preferred.
- Training on Day Shift, transition to nights.
- Nights: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (M-F).
- A normal shift consists of 8-10 hours per day.
- Overtime will be required.
- Approximation of hours: 45-50 hours per week on average.

The manufacturing shop is highly maintained for cleanliness, including disinfecting and floor scrubbing daily. The entire building is air‑conditioned and ventilated to maintain cool and clean air quality.
The role may require standing, walking, sitting, and using hands to handle objects. Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be necessary. The ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds is essential. Specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment, are required to perform the job effectively.
LocationMoeller Precision Tool is centrally located in Antioch, TN off of I‑24 Exit 62.
