Ariens Co is recruiting for a motivated and passionate Tool & Die Technician for our location in Fayetteville, TN.

The qualifications...
- Employee must possess a high school diploma/GED
- Display a general mechanical aptitude - to comprehend, and understand dies and fixtures, and the ability to disassemble and reassemble this type of tooling is necessary. Knowledge or experience in operating various hand tools such as air wrenches, grinders, and sanding equipment is a plus. The ability to read, comprehend, and act using basic mechanical blueprints is required
- Language skills - ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization
- Basic PC skills - should possess basic PC understand and operating skills. Knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word or Excel is required
- Mathematical skills - ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Reasoning ability - ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
