Bharat Forge PMT Technologie LLC is seeking a Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing facility in the United States. You will direct daily operations, drive safety culture, and manage production, maintenance, quality, engineering, and safety.
Responsibilities include achieving production schedules, improving KPIs, and leading automation projects while controlling costs. A bachelor’s in engineering/management and Lean/Six Sigma credentials are preferred, with experience in IATF 16949 environments
