Location: Lake Farm Estates
Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Press Assistant Manager to lead our automotive stamping production team on the third shift (6:00 PM–4:30 AM). You will oversee Press Supervisors and drive continuous improvement in a highly automated facility.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in automotive stamping and 5+ years in supervision, with Lean manufacturing knowledge. Excellent communication and hands-on leadership are essential.
