Wells is seeking a Mold Parts Builder to assist Mold Builders in assembling custom-designed wood forms and blockouts, from blueprints to precision-built components. This role requires close attention to detail and the ability to meet tight tolerances in a production setting.
You will stage and glue/nail stock materials, read production drawings, operate hand and power tools, and help maintain a safe, organized shop. This is a hands-on, team-based position that supports efficient manufacturing.
