Your day-to-day as a Production Associate:

• Operate basic production machinery and systems under supervision
• Read and accurately follow work orders and job tickets
• Assist with packing, counting, and preparing finished products
• Participate in routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment

Your skills and experience:

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
• Dependable team player with a positive attitude
