Production Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team in Caryville, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by assembling, inspecting, and packaging products to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with safety and quality standards.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts if required.
