Salary: $18.00 per hour during training, will earn $1.50 shift differential after training
Shift: 6pm-3am (will train on 1st shift for approximately 3 weeks)

- Operating and maintaining fin press machines used in the production of heat exchanger fins
- Setting up, running, inspecting, and troubleshooting the press line to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met
- Loading and threading metal coils into the machine, adjusting press settings, and performing in-process inspections
- Performing basic maintenance such as lubrication, die cleaning, and filter replacement
- Recording production data and collaborating with maintenance and tooling staff to resolve issues
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area in accordance with company standards
- Have mechanical aptitude and familiarity with press operation, tooling, and coil handling (required)
- Can read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Possess a basic understanding of preventive maintenance and machine troubleshooting
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and quality control standards
- Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Bring 3-6 months of related experience and/or training (preferred)
- Are able to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift and lift materials weighing 20-50 pounds multiple times during a shift
