Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
Experience Requirements
- 3+ months of manufacturing or assembly experience.
- Ability to read basic prints, instructions, and process sheets.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems (AS400 experience a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
Job Duties
- Read a print and use the print in the production of a finished part.
- Use a process sheet to aid in the production process.
- Work as a team member in a group setting, such as a work cell (cross‑training).
- Identify problems that affect quality and ability to assemble.
- Train new employees in the assembly process.
- Follow and adhere to safety rules and regulations.

As a Assembler you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions. You will inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas, and support production goals while following established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards.
The Assembler supports manufacturing by assembling products according to engineering specifications and production requirements. This role requires mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions.
