* Position, stretch, and secure fabric, vinyl, or other upholstery materials using hand tools and pneumatic staplers.
* Apply foam, batting, webbing, springs, and other cushioning materials as required.
* Install buttons and other decorative components to meet product specifications.
* Inspect furniture components for quality before and during assembly.
* Identify and correct minor defects or report quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
* Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and upholstery equipment safely and efficiently.
* Maintain production goals while ensuring workmanship meets company quality standards.
* Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
* Follow all company policies, procedures, and workplace safety guidelines.## Qualifications
* Ability to safely use hand tools, air-powered staplers, scissors, knives, and other upholstery equipment.
* Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the workday.
* Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 pounds regularly.
* Frequent use of hands and arms for gripping, pulling, stretching, and fastening upholstery materials.
* Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
* Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, adhesives, and varying temperatures.
* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
