Forklift Operator (1st & 2nd Shift)

We are currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for both 1st and 2nd shifts at a fast-paced automotive manufacturing facility in Lawrenceburg, TN. If you are safety-focused, dependable, and thrive in a production environment, we want to hear from you!

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility
• Load and unload trucks and transport materials to production areas
• Supply assembly lines with parts and remove finished goods
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Work efficiently to support production schedules and customer demands

• Minimum 6 months of forklift experience within the last 2 years required
• Previous automotive manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Must be able to work overtime when required
