Job Title

Die Paceheads GmbH stands for modern cycling experiences, e-commerce, and bike-related services. In recent years, we have developed our own refurbishment services, which we have previously used mainly internally for the Paceheads GmbH.

With the spin-off of the Refresh Solution GmbH, we are now opening these services to other customers. Initial customers are already on board, the demand is there, and the concept is to be scaled up in the coming years.

For our location in Göttingen, we are looking for a responsible, structured, and hands-on person.

• You will accept returns and check the condition of the items.
• You will clean and prepare bicycles, children's bicycles, and bicycle accessories.
• You will perform simple functional tests and identify visible defects.
• You will assist with minor repairs and adjustments to bicycles.
• You will document the condition of the items and keep our processes clean.
• You will prepare items for re-shipment, sale, or use in the subscription.
• You will work with the warehouse, preparation, shipping, and e-commerce.
• You will ensure order at your workplace and handle tools, spare parts, and goods carefully.
• You will assist with packaging and the internal movement of goods.

• You ideally have experience with bicycles, bicycle repair, assembly, workshop work, or technical refurbishment.
• An apprenticeship as a bicycle mechanic, bicycle assembler, or bicycle mechatronics is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement.
• You work carefully, reliably, and in an organized manner.
• You have an eye for quality, cleanliness, and details.
• You can independently and concentratedly work on practical tasks.
• You are physically fit and have no problem moving goods or working in the warehouse.
• You are open to digital processes and can reliably perform simple status maintenance in our systems.
• You are enthusiastic about bicycles, accessories, e-commerce, and the sustainable reuse of products.
